Who Can Apply for Industry Accreditation:

CineGouna Platform accreditation is intended only for film professionals, who are actively working as buyers, distributors, producers, film financiers, sales agents, film festival representatives and institutions. Such activities can be substantiated for example with a link to a relevant website or showreel of the company represented.

Freelancers who have a track record in directing, producing, acting or post-production work, can apply for the Talent badge. Applicants for such badge must include a professional CV or showreel of previous works, in the application for accreditation.

How to Get Industry Accreditation:

Application for CineGouna Platform accreditation is open from July 2, 2018 to September 10, 2018. The deadline to be included in the CineGouna Guide is August 31, 2018. Online applications starting September 11, 2018 will not be accepted. Applications submitted after August 31 will not be included in the CineGouna Guide. If you miss the deadline, you may email cinegounaplatform@elgounafilmfestival.com; but exceptions are very rare and not guaranteed to be made.

Once you complete your application online, you will receive an email confirming we received it and that it is under review. Within 7-10 days, you should receive an email with a decision regarding your application for accreditation.

Accreditation badges must be collected in person at the Accreditation Office at TU Berlin. You are expected to pay your accreditation fee in cash to receive your badge. If you need an invoice, please email us at cinegounaplatform@elgounafilmfestival.com, no later than September 1, 2018.
