Approval of your accreditation does not grant you access to accommodation or transportation during the festival
- Click on the “Apply Here” button that corresponds to the accreditation type of your choice.
- You will be redirected to Eventival’s Visitor Page. If you already have an Eventival account, then login. Other wise create a new account.
- Go to the accreditation page. Select the accreditation type of your choice. – Fill and submit your form.
- Once your application is approved you will receive an email from our team explaining the next steps.
- You will be able to collect your badge from the Accreditation Office in the Squash complex in gouna starting 21st October. Please refer to the accreditation approval email for more information.

You will be able to redeem your daily quota of tickets either online (through TicketEgypt) or by visiting one of the box office locations. For more information click here (redirects to the video or diagram)

We do not offer visa assistance, however you can use your badge acceptance email as a supporting document.
No, you accreditation approval does not include transportation or accommodation during the festival.
Unfortunately, the festival does not offer refunds.
Once your accreditation has been approved, you will be required to make an online payment to secure your badge. You will then be able to pick up your badge with you badge ID and payment confirmation. More information will be shared with you in the badge approval email.
