About the film

Suzanne, a widow in her sixties, meets Osmane one evening in Beirut… He is young, Black, Sudanese, an undocumented migrant. She is Lebanese of Palestinian origin, and twice his age… They fall in love. Lebanon is on the brink of collapse. While their love sparks outrage, amidst the surrounding chaos, Suzanne and Osmane resist.
