Mariam Abdel Gaber began her career as editor-in-chief of E7na magazine and published her debut story collection in 2013. In 2016, she launched Nady el-Video, independently writing, directing, and producing successful short documentary-style videos. Following a hiatus, she transitioned into narrative filmmaking, making her dramatic debut with the short film Irtibak (Disquiet).
