As part of the 7th edition of El Gouna Film Festival (GFF), CineGouna Market gears up to set the ground for partnerships between industry collaborators including production companies, post-production studios, distributors, and film institutes from Egypt, Lebanon, Sudan, Palestine and Saudi Arabia among others.
CineGouna Market, extending from October 26th to the 30th, comes this year with a more spacious and versatile set up, to facilitate discussions, networking, meetings, and interaction between the different potential partners.
During the 6th Edition of El Gouna Film Festival, orchestrated by CineGouna Film Market Head Mohammad Taymour, the market came as a big success, giving space to the new program to grow and develop its activities in addition by hosting 22 exhibitors – increasing from 19 exhibitors in 2023 – to complement a formidable upcoming second edition.
This year, CineGouna Market will be more focused on the MENA region’s production, and distribution companies. The vision is to forward-propel the filmmaking industry by compounding the synergies between various regional and international players that make up the success of future projects.

Meanwhile, CineGouna Market continues to receive expressions of interest from potential collaborators through GFF website and the program team headed by Mohammad Taymour.
Carrying along from last year’s edition, CineGouna Market will also host the “Emerge Corner” where all the emerging talents participating in “CineGouna Emerge” can network with each other and attend a curated program of masterclasses given by industry professionals and tailored exclusively for them in the Emerge Corner inside the Market Place.
