Jaylan Auf is an award-winning Egyptian writer/director who has worked as a freelance news/documentary producer on multiple international productions, She worked as an AD on feature films for prominent directors. In 2015, she was a senior producer for OSN/Discovery Channel show Nida’ which portrayed women’s stories in the Middle East. Her first short film screenplay Reminiscent of a Lost Time was nominated for the Robert Bosch Stiftung prize. Her second short Turning Ten premiered in the official selection of Clermont-Ferrand IFF in 2019.
