The European Film Academy has announced nominations for the 34th European Film Awards which will be handed out in Berlin on December 11.

Among the nominees: Quo Vadis Aida? by Jasmila Žbanić topped the list with a total of four nominations for European Film, European Director and European Screenwriter for Jasmila Žbanić, and European Actress for Jasna Đuričić.

Compartment No. 6 by Juho Kuosmanen received nominations for Best European Film, European Actress for Seidi Haarla, and European Actor for Yuriy Borisov.

The Worst Person in the World received two nominations for European Actress, Renate Reinsve, and European Screenwriter, Joachim Trier and Eskil Vogt, while Flee by Jonas Poher Rasmussen received a nomination for European Documentary.
