Marina, a 50-year-old woman, arrives in Saint Petersburg for her daughter’s birthday. Her daughter, Olya, isn’t really happy with this surprise visit. Marina ends up spending the day alone. In the evening, when she returns to Olya’s, she finds a big party going on. Feeling alone and out of place; she meets a young man, Artyom, and together they decide to escape from the celebration.
Nathalia Konchalovsky was raised in Moscow. She moved to France after finishing High school. She worked at the Stockholm international film festival, at the Jacques Perrin’s production company and on film sets of Andrei Konchalovsky’s movies ”Paradies” and ”The Sin”.
