About the Film

At dawn, Gregor is woken by the police knocking at his door. They have come to pick up the body of his next-door neighbor, who has been dead for two years without anybody noticing. Gregor tries to deal with his conscience, slowly changing as he becomes contaminated by this death which now haunts him. He gradually sinks into paranoia. When the night comes, there’s no turning back.

Director

Léon Yersin

Born in Lausanne in 1990, director Léon Yersin graduated from the University of Lausanne with a degree in film history. He subsequently enrolled at the Geneva School of Art and Design to study filmmaking. During his studies he directed several short films. His latest film Miscellaneous screened at the Locarno Film Festival, and was nominated for the European Film Awards 2018.
